Social At Pullen Park

As I mentioned before, we would like to create a network of Ethiopian Adoption families here in NC and I thought this would be a great opportunity for us to get together. This event is sponsored by the adoption and orphan care ministry of Providence Baptist church with which we have been involved. It is for all adoptive families but I just wanted to extend an invitation to those of you fellow ET adoptees who are following our blog. This is a great park and a great way to fellowship. Please join us, we look forward to meeting you or seeing you again!

Social at Pullen Park - For All Adoptive Families
When: Saturday, April 26th
Time: 10am - 2pm
Location: Pullen Park, Shelter # 6 (behind the carousel up on the hill)

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon of fellowship with fellow adoptive families. This event is a "bring your own lunch" event. We have reserved shelter #6. Rides for the kids include a carousel, kiddie boats, and a train. Tickets for the rides can be purchased for $1 each at the ticket office. The concessions stand sells sno-kones, popcorn, hotdogs, sausage dogs, chicken nuggets, french fries, nachos, drinks, water, ice cream, candy, chips, etc. For more information, contact Teresa George at 556-6808 or respond to this blog post. No registration or RSVP necessary.

Gods Blessings!

Eileen,
What a wonderful idea!
I wanted to let you know that your blog has been such an inspiration to our family as we have been following the Lord's call to Ethiopia that I have added a link to your blog on our updated website- www.purposedrivenfamily.blogspot.com
Please let me know if you prefer that I remove the link.
You have blessed us greatly by sharing your testimony!
In Christ,
Holly
